Important Online Payment Update

Beginning June 15, 2026, online credit card payments for City of Fishers utility services, including trash, sewer, and stormwater, will require the billing ZIP code associated with the card being used.

If the ZIP code entered does not match the card issuer’s records, the payment may be declined.

Before submitting payment, please confirm:

• The billing ZIP code is entered correctly
• The billing address on file with your card issuer is current

If your payment continues to fail, please contact your card issuer for assistance.
